The training programs are designed using a combination of dumbbell, barbell and bodyweight exercises, along with a bench and/or a Fit Ball. If you’re serious about making changes to your body, at minimum you need a good set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench or ball. If you don’t already own it, I strongly recommend you invest in it for the future of your health, well-being, and sexy new body! You can purchase dumbbell sets at most major department stores or sporting stores.

You definitely can do that if that’s what you prefer. Just keep in mind thought that the 40 Day MAX Fat Burn nutrition program is designed to work alongside the training program.
If you do prefer to do your own thing with regard to training we recommend for best results that you include some form of resistance training.
This depends on many variables such as your starting body composition (fat to muscle ratio – ie how much body fat you carry), whether you have been exercising regularly, the type of diet you have been eating and of course your genetic makeup…just to name a few. While it is impossible to give predictions what we can say is that the average scale weight loss is around 5kg in each 40 day period. That doesn’t take into account the improvement in body composition (your fat to muscle ration), meaning you will appear as though you have lost MUCH more! And all this while eating the built-in treats throughout the program!
The program is not specifically gluten/dairy free but it is very easily adapted.
Simply swap out any of the items that contain gluten or dairy with a gluten free or dairy free alternative. For example, to replace oats you could use quinoa, for pasta simply select a gluten free variety. Instead of regular milk, use unsweetened almond milk, or instead of Greek yoghurt, use coconut yoghurt. Keep in mind coconut yogurt is very high in fat so use a smaller amount. Coconut water can be used at any time too, for mixing smoothies for example.
