    Because you also receive the original 40 Day MAX Fat Burn program, you’ll have another 40 day plan at your fingertips that you can continue on with! We’ll also be running further Challenges throughout the year at reduced prices for Members.

  • q-iconWhat equipment do I need if I am planning to workout at home?

    The training programs are designed using a combination of dumbbell, barbell and bodyweight exercises, along with a bench and/or a Fit Ball. If you’re serious about making changes to your body, at minimum you need a good set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench or ball. If you don’t already own it, I strongly recommend you invest in it for the future of your health, well-being, and sexy new body! You can purchase dumbbell sets at most major department stores or sporting stores.

  • q-iconIs the diet suitable for vegetarians?

    Yes. The program contains vegetarian recipes and snacks suitable for lacto, ovo and lacto-ovo vegetarians. The program is not suitable for vegans however.

  • q-iconI don’t live in Australia, can I still join?

    Yes, absolutely. That’s the beauty of the internet; it doesn’t matter where you live! The diet plan uses both metric and imperial measures, so you’re all set there no matter where you’re from.     Yes. The majority of people lead busy lives these days, and we designed the Challenge with that in mind. It caters specifically for the busy woman’s lifestyle – the recipes have been specifically chosen not only for their nutrient content but also for ease of preparation.

    Workouts don’t take hours (and some are optional) and we even schedule in rest days. You also have the option to train at home or at the gym – whichever suits you best.

    While the Challenge is definitely designed with busy women in mind, as always, there may be times you’re unable to get your regular workouts in.

    Let’s face it, we still often need a Plan B (or if you have children, a career and a household to run, Plan C, D and E!)

    With this in mind, I put together a special workout book for super-busy mums and career women who often need a quick but effective last minute contingency plan. It’s called “Toned in Ten Minutes” and it comprises 30 fast, effective and challenging workouts that you can do with just a pair of dumbbells or your body weight. And you get it FREE with the Challenge program.

    The Toned in Ten workouts are not designed to completely replace the Challenge workouts. They ARE designed to help you stay on track and continue getting results when time is in scarce supply. And who can’t find just ten minutes a day?
