  • q-iconIn a nutshell, what is the Happy New You 40 Day Challenge?

    After Christmas, we usually need something to get back on track and get the New Year off to a great start. The Happy New YOU Challenge is a fun fat loss challenge for women that starts between Monday January 4 and Monday February 8 (whatever date suits you) and finishes 40 days later. There are also prizes on offer, even just for taking part in the upbeat Private Facebook Group. You will find that without a doubt, the support and camaraderie of a bunch of like minded women will boost your motivation and ultimately, your results.

  • q-iconIs the Happy New You 40 Day Challenge the same as the 40 Day MAX Fat Burn program?

    No. It’s a separate program, but you will use many of the documents from the 40 Day MAX Ft Burn program in conjunction with the Challenge program. The meal plans are the same, so you will use the Cook ‘N Burn Recipe Bible, but there are brand new workouts throughout. You also have the option to purchase the Cook ‘N Burn Recipe Bible Upgrade with the Silver or Platinum options. This contains all recipes from the Lifestyle Club (72 new recipes in total).

  • q-iconWhat equipment do I need if I am planning to workout at home?

    The training programs are designed using a combination of dumbbell, barbell and bodyweight exercises, along with a bench and/or a Fit Ball. If you’re serious about making changes to your body, at minimum you need a good set of adjustable dumbbells and a bench or ball. If you don’t already own it, I strongly recommend you invest in it for the future of your health, well-being, and sexy new body! You can purchase dumbbell sets at most major department stores or sporting stores.

  • q-iconI don’t have a lot of spare time; will the Challenge be suitable for me?

    Yes. The majority of people lead busy lives these days, and we designed the Challenge with that in mind. It caters specifically for the busy woman’s lifestyle – the recipes have been specifically chosen not only for their nutrient content but also for ease of preparation.

    Workouts don’t take hours (and some are optional) and we even schedule in rest days. You also have the option to train at home or at the gym – whichever suits you best.

    While the Challenge is definitely designed with busy women in mind, as always, there may be times you’re unable to get your regular workouts in.

    Let’s face it, we still often need a Plan B (or if you have children, a career and a household to run, Plan C, D and E!)

    With this in mind, I put together a special workout book for super-busy mums and career women who often need a quick but effective last minute contingency plan. It’s called “Toned in Ten Minutes” and it comprises 30 fast, effective and challenging workouts that you can do with just a pair of dumbbells or your body weight. And you get it FREE with the Challenge program.

    The Toned in Ten workouts are not designed to completely replace the Challenge workouts. They ARE designed to help you stay on track and continue getting results when time is in scarce supply. And who can’t find just ten minutes a day?
